Gladly again! Great location, beautiful decor, great food (mega-fresh and perfectly fried), decent portions, nice service and waiting time within the framework. WiFi is okay. The prices are reasonable. Deduction for (a) a little loveless salad (by the way, extra sauce instead of in the middle of the salad would be nice) and (b) a dusty carafe and (c) late-delivered sour cream (not in the picture) and (d) very small table. Suggestion: Photos of the steaks for new guests (otherwise everything has to be explained with words).

Due to COVID, they now seat you at a table. Which is nice because you get greeted upon entrance and being shown to the table. Way more friendly and hospitality. Speedy service and grat. choice and quality of food. Had a blast.

Great! They can meat! We had ordered the Filet Mignon Medium well to be picked up. At home everything was still hot and the steak was medium well. If you like steak and value quality, you've come to the right place. Rating: Recommended!

Excellent steaks. Fried to perfection. First class service. Friendly and competent. We have been there several times and always very good. This time it was a birthday invitation and my guests loved it!

First impression was that the waitresses weren't on top of things, and that was only reinforced during the course of our visit. Didn't get a menu until 5 minutes after we were seated, and then only one menu for the two of us. Drinks arrived promptly after some language barrier problems. Food arrived quickly enough, but my medium steak order was bordering on rare. When needing a drinks refill waitresses spent more time in conversation with each other than on eying the guests, so it took longer than needed. Finally, when our meal was done, we expected a dessert card that never arrived. So we paid and left to find another place for dessert.

The steak was excellent, made to specification. Beer is very good, no surprise there for a German place. Good salad and fries. Had an apple strudel at the end, as the perfect finish. Highly recommended!

I came here by myself, and this was my experience...I sat at a table, had to stop a waitress for assistance, had to ask for a menu, ordered a glass of wine finally, ordered food. Once the food got to my table, I had to get the waitresses attention to get a knife. Which I asked for, some salt, and another glass of wine. A gentlemen walked out with another butter knife (which was already provided once I received the menu), a packet of salt, and an empty wine glass. I immediately said can I get a knife to cut my steak...he then proceeded to walk over to the outside serving stand, grabbed one, and yelled at me stating if you want an”steak” knife you need to specify. For starters, I must say, I’ve never been yelled at by a server at a restaurant. Secondly, when most people order a steak, I would think the next natural thing to do would be to bring their customer a steak knife. ??‍♀️ Perhaps things are different in the US. Sitting there alone after being yelled at, having all the customers look at me, was one of the worst most awkward feelings I’ve had in a while. Thirdly, never once after that did my waitress come check on me or asked me if I needed anything. My opinion is the staff needs to be trained on being cognisant of language barriers and more understanding verses yell at them. Other than the unfortunate service. The food was good. A little over priced for the amount and quality. I can get a much better steak at my local Costco in Charleston.

Very low food quality! No tap water available! The carré d'agneau is nothing like a carré and the carpacio is few grams of meat with lots of pesto and a kind of industrial parmesan. Everything is ++ like in singapore. It will not advise anyone to come with great expectation.

Great place for a steak and a beer. Not to crazy on the sauce for the potato but the steak was comes exactly as specified and service was prompt and the atmosphere was very friendly. We did have to wait a while to get a table, but we hadn't booked in advance. If you go on the weekend I would advise booking first.

It's our "go to" place whenever we are in Munich! Everything there is amazing!

Exceptional food. Like seriously, I had a three course meal and loved every dish. That never happens - I'm normally let down by at least one. So props to the chef. Another bonus is it is open until midnight (at least on a friday night when we arrived late into Munich by train, with the restaurant only being a couple minutes walk from the main station). I was however disappointed by the service staff. We strangely had two waiters serving us at different points throughout our meal. The first waitress during the initial interaction was obviously disgruntled about something and I caught her rolling her eyes at us while we picked our orders and she was in some rush to leave the table. The second waiter was more pleasant but he then spent most of the rest of our meal cleaning up (to get home faster presumably as it was about 11pm). This led to us having finished plates on our tables for long periods of time, not being asked how our food was going and having to get out my seat to get their attention to come over to the table on a few seperate instances. On a humorous note another servicing staff member managed to drop and smash three glasses behind the bar during our time there. It was becoming rather comical. Overall I would recommend. Honestly only because the food was that good. We thanked the chef personally afterwards. Hopefully the poor performance by the servicing staff was just an irregularity and that they are normally more professional.

Price performance was convenient as a chain of restaurants. It's not super perfect, but the meats are not bad either. There's the expense. You will get around 25-30 Euro per person. Somewhere in the German average. Not very expensive. If you have time, you can try. Cost effective place. 25-30 euro per person. The meat was good but not perfect. Normal for a restaurant chain. Best Steak ever

Most tender and delicious savoury and juicy steak I ever had. It's pricy but absolutely worth it! Don't cut short on the salt and pepper on the table. This stuff is incredible.

Good food.but the staff not so nice if you buy cheap meal

Good place but the service leaves much wanted for. Have to wait and when the order taker arrives they are in an absolute hurry and do not suggest anything. Food is a 6/10.

We ordered the mrs & hertford steak and it was awesome !! Prime selection of beef and well grilled. The baked potato and garlic bread was fantastic to go along with. Good service too
